A delicate Damselfly on a Lilly. The damselfly is carved from Ebony and Greenheart woods, and the Bullhead Lily, turned and carved from Mulberry wood. The stem, lid, and bulb are Black Walnut, and the sculpture could be used as a functional container. This piece is in a private collection. I make similar pieces from time to time, and would consider a commission in a price range of around $1000.
